Calm in Chaos: Anger Awareness

We organised an engaging and insightful Learn Over Lunch (LoL) session on “Calm in Chaos: Anger Awareness”. In today’s fast-paced world, mastering the art of managing anger is a skill that can truly make a difference in our lives. Our Caring and Connected Counsellors shared practical anger management tips with participants from the HQ office, Lumut, Sitiawan, and Pasir Gudang. They also provided easy-to-follow steps, including breathing exercises and even acupressure points, as some of the ways to remain calm during stressful events.
