National Sales Conference

Our Marketing & Sales team kickstarted the year with a highly motivating and engaging National Sales Conference at the Mercure Hotel, Glenmarie. This collaborative event, co-hosted with University of Wollongong Malaysia, brought together the MFM and DPP Marketing & Sales teams for two days of strategic planning and team building.

The conference fostered a sense of unity and collaboration between departments, creating a stronger foundation for success. Among the key highlights of the conference were engaging team activities, such as the “cooking race” challenge, which encouraged participants to practice strategic thinking, strong leadership skills and effective teamwork, as well as an appreciation dinner with a “Back to School” theme to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our Marketing & Sales teams.

This successful conference has set the stage for a productive and prosperous year ahead. The team is energised and equipped to achieve new heights in 2024!
