Fostering Collaboration: MFM and UTAR’s Strategic Partnership

Building upon our fruitful discussions with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), the Leadership team and Managers from MFM met with delegates from UTAR on 3 August 2023 to share the progress of our research projects and discuss the design of a comprehensive upskilling training programme. Most importantly, the importance of a strategic thinking mindset was emphasized as it plays a crucial role for our organisation’s growth. MFM is dedicated to working with UTAR to ensure that our employees are upskilled to remain adaptable and resilient in an ever-changing environment.
